SUMMARY:Covid Run # 122 - F$ck off Derro
DESCRIPTION:Run #122 lived up to its name last night. \n\n1 hill\n2 km trail\n2 slabs of beer\n\nA marvelous effort by our wounded hare who despite life threatening injuries still managed to lay some chalk. Unfortunately\, as it turned out\, not enough chalk for our self proclaimed “greatest front runnner of hash” who scored the run a minus 2. This lead to what can only be described as a record number of charges with many historical crimes brought to light. \nWell done to the hare (Kylie) for a great run location on after location and the birthday slab. Derro for the top nosh and the “I’m f*cking off” slab of beers. \nhttps://covidhhh.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/07/103793326741_garmin-health_1659496315523.mp4

SUMMARY:Run #123 "Let's Get Physical" Oliver Newton-John Memorial
DESCRIPTION:https://covidhhh.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/08/416647094841_garmin-health_1660046188921.mp4 \nGreat run last night. Despite the hare’s efforts to kill us we all managed to survive the heart attack inducing 157-metre vertical ascent followed by an ankle breaking descent through closed off trails filled with killer kangaroos. For those brave enough to relive it check out the attached video. \n  \n Very impressed to see so many of ewes donning flouro spandex as a mark of respect to the late great Oliver Newton-John with stories of first sexual experiences flourishing during an emotional circle. We were so upset we forgot to score the run but luckily I carry a  “Ballbag Guide to trail setting” wherever I go so can confirm a 9.5 was achieved with a special mention for the gourmet hot dog nosh. \n

SUMMARY:Run #124 City to Surf (Club?)
DESCRIPTION:https://covidhhh.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/08/022318854941_garmin-health_1660647622134.mp4\nThe City to Surf (Club?) lived up to its billing last night. Under fine sky’s we followed a well-marked trail with plenty of checks & on backs resulting in a + 2 hour run (see relive). Surprising amount of virgin bush with a great piss stop. Special mention for the array of nosh the hare managed to rustle up on the BBQ (pumpkin soup\, tacos\, steak sandwiches and hamburgers). Despite loads of effort (he even printed menus) and plenty of parking a surprisingly low score of -6 was awarded.

SUMMARY:Run #125 Return of the Dragon
DESCRIPTION:https://covidhhh.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/08/591894614051_garmin-health_1661310681825.mp4 \nGreat run last run. A really-well laid trail which was super easy to follow. No complaints from either the runners or walkers. Despite ample parking a low score of 0.5 was awarded. \nBrett was also named during the circle which was nothing short of a debacle with the naming committee once again letting themselves and the hash down. \n  \nNo doubt we will go through it all again at next week’s run /walk starting from Eileen Peters Park\, 5 The Esplanade\, Surfers Paradise. \n\n \n Well marked trail\n \n\n \n \n\n \n Naming……..Brett\n \n\n \n \n\n \n We were going to fast

SUMMARY:Run # 126 Back to the Beach (again)
DESCRIPTION:https://covidhhh.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/08/221525864151_garmin-health_1661900488500.mp4 \nGreat run last night under clear skies. Good to see Ballbags discharged himself from hospital just in time for the run start. A really-well laid trail\, especially through the undercover carpark\, with a clear winner of piss-stop of the year (I’ve gone early).   \n  \nThe pint of Guinness rule was applied to the run scoring resulting in a perfect 10 being awarded. Special mention to the French nosh the hare rustled up on the BBQ. The Coq au Vin was to die for and despite my initial reservations the toilet block eating location had a certain je ne sais quoi about it.
